Free domestic shipping

All items are shipped FOR FREE with First Class Mail and take 3-5 days once mailed and includes a tracking number. You will receive an email notification once shipped to track your package. 

Priority Mail 1-2 day is a paid upgrade option at checkout. 

International Shipping

We are happy to ship internationally with an added shipping cost to cover postage. You are responsible for researching and paying any customs fees your country may require. We cannot anticipate these fees and it is customer responsibility to research and cover these costs. 

You are also responsible for researching customs delays and other regulations that may hold an item up at the border. We CANNOT guarantee shipping times for international orders, even for priority shipping. Once it is out of our hands, we have no control over what happens. Once it leaves the US, we have limited information from the postal service.

Processing time

Most items in our shop are in stock and have a 3-5 day processing time and a 3-5 day mailing time within the US, for a total of 6-10 days from us receiving your order until you have it in your hands. This includes the Seasonal Lines and Limited Editions. Our Classic Line is always available but is often made to order. Larger orders (over 5 of a kind) will take 6-10 days to make and ship (9-15 days from the order being placed to receiving it). 

Rush Orders

We can accommodate last minute orders. Please contact us to see what is possible as each situation is different. Rush orders MAY be subject to a rush fee. If your NEED BY date for a large or custom order is within a month, please make sure you note the date at checkout. It’s always good to let us know when you need your order.

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

We want you to be pleased as punch with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, for whatever reason, you may absolutely return or exchange your order. To return, send us an email to let us know that you are sending an item back. Next, you can use this link to find your order and print a return shipping label. When you get your package ready to go, include either your packing slip or a slip of paper with your name and order number. Then, just pop it in the mail and we’ll issue your refund when we receive the item. Click here to start a return. 

Contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery for a full return refund. If there is odor, animal hair, wrinkles, or anything else we need to clean or process, the return is subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Once we receive the item and make sure it is in returnable condition, we will issue a return of payment through Square or PayPal, whichever payment method you used. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

All custom orders are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. 

Exchanges

If you want to make an exchange, no problem! The first exchange is free. Get in touch and let us know what you want to exchange the item for, and we will guide you through our exchange/returns process. 

If you are concerned about an item being the right color, please order a swatch in advance rather than make exchanges; we want to make sure that you have your item in time for your event.

Faulty Items

We are a small, handmade company, and while we do our very best to make sure that all items that go out the door are in tip top shape, we are human and do occasionally make mistakes! We’re also nice humans; we want you to be happy with your durian & the Lyon experience, and will gladly fix our mistakes. 

If something is wrong with your item, we will make it right. Please get in touch, let us know what happened, and send photos. We can work together to find the best solution.

Canceling Orders

Contact us ASAP to cancel an order and we can take care of it. We can only cancel orders that haven’t been shipped yet. If it has already been shipped, you will have to go through the return process to get your refund.
